Orlando Trip

The girls and I tagged along with Joe on one of his business trips to Orlando after Memorial Day. The girls and I swam at the hotel pools and visited Downtown Disney while Joe worked for a day and a half. Then we all four went to Magic Kingdom for a day. Ivey really enjoyed seeing the princesses and their castle and meeting Minnie Mouse and her best friend Daisy.

Julia's reaction to It's a Small World - she loved it!

Legoland was really cool!

Dancing, Hiking and Cruising

Ivey danced in her Spring Recital. Her costume was white with black spots and a little bit of red. She performed dances to "How Much is that Doggie in the Window" & "Do the Doggy Dance". Her routine included wagging her tail, barking like a dog and jumping up and down. It was actually really cute and entertaining to watch. They all did really well.

Julia perfected her scoot crawl this month and can get around extremely fast. She also learned to pull up and imediately started cruising everywhere. She also walks really well while holding someone's hand. That is pretty much all she wants to do now - besides getting into all kinds of stuff and chewing on shoes.

Spring Zoo Trip

Our zoo trip with Granma & Grampa was really fun. We couldn't have ordered better weather, just less people! We were a bit disappointed that Ivey was more intererested in riding the tram than seeing the animals, but that should not have surprised us. We had a nice picnic lunch and got to see almost all of the animals and we rode the tram at least three times.
