Ivey's First Easter!

We celebrated Easter at Gramma & Grandad's house on Saturday. I had fun watching those crazy cousins of mine! We all got dressed up real pretty for church on Sunday.

I thought this was a chocolate bunny

Ivey Love

Here are some recent pictures of our sweet baby girl! She is growing so fast! Can't believe she'll be 3 months old this week. She's still a really good sleeper at night - she's now starting to consistently sleep 10 to 12 hours a night. We're working on getting consistent naptimes during the day. She's taking a long nap in the morning in her stroller while we walk, but nothing consistent in the afternoon yet.

Gammie came to help Daddy when Mommy left me last weekend

Mommy and I were both glad when she got back!

Oh Boy! So many toys to choose from!

Gramma is so much fun!

Wiggly Ivey

Ivey has become a really good wiggler. She's been wiggling herself awake at night. She wiggles herself out of her swaddle so we had to get a better one. Not sure how we're going to get her to sleep without the swaddle. She wiggles across her mat during tummy time rather than lifting her head like she's supposed to. She loves to kick her legs and wave her hands while she's getting her clothes changed. She also likes to kick while she's taking a bath, splashing water everywhere! She doesn't scream during bathtime anymore, but it still is not her favorite thing.

Ivey goes to Charleston

We took our first trip to Charleston to visit Gammie, Aunt Holly, Uncle Ken & Anne. Daddy also ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. It was too cold to see the beach, but we enjoyed taking walks on James and Sullivan's Islands. I went on my first pinic on the way home.

I love my Gammie - she sings way better than Mommy or Daddy!

Napping with Dad

Not sure about this Mom! Why is this lap so bouncy?

Can't get enough of my Gammie (I think the feeling was mutual)

Smiley Ivey!

Ivey is really smiley! (most of the time) She even chuckles a little sometimes. She loves music, even when Mommy and Daddy sing, especially Daddy. He's really good at making up goofy songs! She tries to sing too - sounds like a little bird. She is really trying to figure out her hands and feet - she'll just hold a hand in front of her face and study it or stare at her feet and smile when they move. She also really likes to sleep. Her record is 11 hours. We're hoping it will soon become her routine.

On the Move!

We are finally venturing out a bit - we've been to church a couple times, on a few short shopping trips, to meet folks at Mommy's and Daddy's offices, to a birthday celebration at Gramma & Grandad's and on a mini-vacation to the mountains. Ivey seems to enjoy checking out all of the new places with those wide curious eyes of hers. She has started to smile some too, but I'm having trouble getting her to smile for the camera! She's also started to lose her hair, but she's not losing it in the back like normal babies, she's losing it on top. Her forehead keeps getting bigger - she has dupies!

I love to be held

My cousin Sarah didn't understand why her mommy was holding me.
Jackson seemed to like me though.

Meeting Uncle Roger for the first time

This is one comfy chair!

I got my Daddy good that time!
